Whatever you are doing homework or watching TV,
we can not use our eyes for a long time,
the best way is have a rest about every hour.

First, enough ray. The light should enough and comfortable.
If the light is too weak, then we can not see font clearly.
So we will get short sight easily.

Second, we should avoid from glitter.
The desk should have the sidelights setting,
the purpose of this is reduce the glitter and lower harm on our eyes.

Third, do not reading for a long time.
Whatever you are doing homework or watching TV,
we can not use our eyes for a long time,
the best way is have a rest about every hour.

Fourth, we should have enough and regular sleep.
If we do not have enough sleep, it will cause short light easily.
 
Fifth, we should do exercises as much as possible. We should look into the distance from a high place; it can relax our muscle and prevent short light. We should contact nature as much as possible, it is good for our eyes health.
 
Sixth, we should ingest nourishment equilibrium. We should pay attention on the
ingestion of vitamin B (oatmeal, leaven).
